Curved skins.
Stable ultrasonics.

On a composite or metallic skin the probe must stay normal while the surface bends. That is inspection engineering: trajectory, TCP, coupling — not a canned robot program.

The geometry problem

Aerospace and space structures are rarely flat. Manual UT on a curved panel is slow, tiring, and hard to document. A robot that only “does a grid” loses coupling as soon as the radius changes.

ROBINSPECT builds surface-following paths: 3D scan, mesh, trajectory with tool normal, then synchronized ultrasonics (UT, PAUT, TFM). The same idea as a skilled Level 2, without the variability of the gesture.

What we integrate

We are an integrator and an inspection-engineering shop, not a robot OEM. The cell is designed around the part, including access, fixtures and HSE on the shop floor.
