Inspection where
people should not linger.

Confined, radiological, hot, or simply hard to access: the cost is HSE, not the coupon. A vendor-agnostic 6-axis cell puts the probe in the constraint and keeps the inspector in control of the data.

Industrial energy piping hall — typical constrained environment for robotic NDT

Milieu contraignant, in engineering terms

Many of the welds and assets that matter sit in nuclear islands, energy piping, tanks and cells where time-on-task is limited. Manual NDT there is possible — it is expensive, slow to document, and hard to repeat after an outage.

ROBINSPECT comes from that shop floor (NDT Level 2 UT & ET, nuclear and aerospace). The product is not “a robot in a cage”. It is inspection engineering for constrained sites: access, coupling, trajectory, then a replayable UT / PAUT / TFM scan.

What changes for the site

A full cycle on a typical part is on the order of 30 minutes once the cell is taught, without a roboticist standing there. Acquisition itself is short; preparation is the real work, and we design that too.
